Private clients and institutions.
We work with four kinds of client. Every relationship begins at stage one, understanding the client’s position, but what that stage has to establish differs for each.
Private Clients & Families
- An investment policy that records the purpose and timing of the capital: for example, reinvesting the proceeds of a business sale, funding a property purchase or providing for the next generation.
- We work alongside your accountant, lawyer and other advisers rather than replacing them.
- Your affairs are not discussed with anyone you have not authorised.
Family Offices
- Vireon acts as an external manager for the portfolio or mandate your office assigns to us, and is accountable to the office.
- Risk and governance oversight covers that mandate.
- Reporting arranged to fit your existing systems.
Institutions
- We manage to the investment policy your board or committee has approved, rather than asking you to adopt ours.
- A record of each investment decision, available to your committee and auditors.
Foundations & Endowments
- Spending requirements and the long-term value of the fund are both written into the policy.
- Mission-related restrictions become limits in the mandate, monitored like any other limit.
If your circumstances do not fit one of these groups, say so in your enquiry.
